Chef's special

Chicken curry (local)

Ingredients:

Chicken cubes (500g)
Cummin seeds
Coconuts (2 grated) or (2 powder)
Garlic (1 spoonful)
Ginger (1 spoonful)
Parsley (1 spoonful)
Thyme (1 spoonful)
Coriander powder (1 teaspoonful)
Mustard seeds
Cinnamon leaves (4)
Curry leaves (kari pile 10)
Oil (2 spoonfuls)
Tumeric (saffron- 2 spoonfuls)
Curry powder (3 spoonfuls)

Directions:

Pour oil in a skillet. Allow it to heat. Put in chicken. Stir until chicken is ¾ cooked. Add curry powder and tumeric. Stir until they are mixed properly with chicken. Pour in other ingredients except the coconut cream. Stir. But make sure you use moderate fire. Pour in coconut powder or cream but if you use coconut powder add two and a half cups of water. Allow it to boil slowly and stir. Add salt and pepper. Bon Appetit!
